Phase 1 deploys Layer 1 only. We intentionally keep it free, frictionless, and observable. We measure real human behaviour before attaching any monetisation layer to it.
Not a job portal question. A human question. Resets every visit. Business on Monday. Travel on Wednesday. Parties on Friday. Same person. Different intent. No profile staleness.
Will professionals who share a physical space voluntarily use a venue-based networking layer if onboarding takes less than 60 seconds? We do not assume yes. We set up conditions to find out.

Exit Condition for Phase 2: ≥700 users, ≥500 connections, ≥6 venues retained at Day 90. If hit → activate Phase 2. If not → extend or pivot.
Phase 2 unlock requires Phase 1 exit conditions to be met. Revenue numbers, City HQ, and membership pricing are intentionally absent from Phase 1 materials. They are earned, not assumed.
